If the plastic seal is found damaged or the seal number is changed in the factory, the freight forwarder will be asked to buy a new steel wire seal or plastic seal that meets the requirements and inform the seal number. After the container is loaded, the factory provided seal will be used to seal the container and take photos. When the container arrives at the site, the freight forwarder will keep the factory sealed, After the new and correct steel wire seal or plastic seal is added, the freight forwarder is required to take a photo and provide it to the lock sealing company to check whether the seal number of the seal provided by the lock sealing company is consistent, and the lock sealing company keeps it for filing and reports it to the guest.
After the container enters the port area, check whether the entry information is consistent with the packing list information retained by the company. If any discrepancy is found, inform the forwarder and find out the reason.
